Our main focus is alkalizing drinks, nutrient dense green smoothies and the myths and/or truths surrounding them. Green drinks can help you maintain alkalizing pH levels, lose weight, fight fatigue and overall be a healthier person.

This isn't something that replaces your current diet, it adds to it — it is my belief that adding, rather than subtracting, is a much more effective (and easier) way to reach your goals. Get Started!
