- 2 scoops P90X Results and Recovery Formula
- 2-4 oz. of wheatgrass
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Blend it up and sip it slowly. Do not chug it. Let the nutrients take effect. Enjoy and be careful, this drink may cause you to do doubles or even triples. 😉
