Ingredients
If you are interested in the health benefits of certain ingredients in the green drink/smoothie recipes I have broken the list into four parts:
- Greens (green leafy vegetables)
- Vegetables (all the other veggies like carrots, celery, beets, etc.)
- Fruits
- Everything Else (stuff like yogurt, soy milk, peanut butter, protein powder, agave syrup, etc.)
I’m constantly adding strange and exotic foods to the list so check back often.
