Ingredients

If you are interested in the health benefits of certain ingredients in the green drink/smoothie recipes I have broken the list into four parts:

  1. Greens (green leafy vegetables)
  2. Vegetables (all the other veggies like carrots, celery, beets, etc.)
  3. Fruits
  4. Everything Else (stuff like yogurt, soy milk, peanut butter, protein powder, agave syrup, etc.)

I’m constantly adding strange and exotic foods to the list so check back often.
