This was a bit of a banana crapshoot.
I had a bunch of fruits, veggies and juices leftover from previous green drinks so I threw them all into the blender and crossed my fingers. It came out tasting like what I only describe as a weird banana smoothie (check the ingredients page to learn about all the health benefits).
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 cup Trader Joe’s Soy Essential
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Dixie Peach juice
- 1 cup water
Fortunately sometimes weird is good.
