The second question is harder to answer...it depends on how much weight, what you consider healthy, etc. At any rate, adding green drinks will most certainly help in both areas.</description>

		<description>If you don&#039;t have the actual wheatgrass but I do have the wheatgrass that is already ground up into a bottle from a health food store?  Is that the same?  The store clerk said it was.  If so how much of that is the same to use?  Thanks love your site and recipes!</description>
